Liked my enjoyable stay for service in restaurant. I was offered a room with great views of the park. Stunning and incredible location in amongst everything else made it easy to get to key attractions.  

The room was a nice size and brand-new and with bright decoration. The service was all in all very good. The free parking was on site.

It was as expected, had a really nice stay for service in restaurant. The hotel was in a magnificent location, down to sea front. In a hurry we visited Rinaldi's Fish Bar nearby.

All in all everything was modern, had a perfectly pleasant stay in morning great value for money and lovely location. The location was incredible - very close to a large park and Drysart Harbour as well as a restaurant that was n't there.  

The property's location was great and perfect, away from the town centre. My room was exceptionally clean and reasonably priced with the bathroom and good view plus big balcony. The local staff were outstandingly accommodating and accommodating. 

The employees are attentive and caring. Nice location for visiting Kirkcaldy, it's just next door to Scotland as well as a wonderful park and castle. Plus, the hotel is 2 km from The Old Kirk.

The breakfast is gorgeous and the staff is super-friendly, exceptional. The property's location is great and absolutely perfect, just off the harbour, restaurant and bar and a beautiful park which leads down to the coastal path.  

Unbeatable location in Kirkcaldy, so close to the restaurant and Ravenscraig Park, Castle and a beachfront walk.

The rooms are large, with the kitchen, 1 Bedroom, for example provided.

This perfect hotel was run by the friendly attentive staff. The room was big and with very comfy beds. Had good and stunning location in a residential area. Offered nice hot and absolutely
